Can we do a prescreen with Marketing Automation? 

Definitely! We’ll design an email to go along with your prescreen direct mailer. We can also add on a landing page for the campaign. If you purchase the prescreen list through us, we’ll even take care of getting the artwork approved through the bureaus for you. 

We want to run an incentive. Who handles the process and distribution of the incentive? 

An incentive is a great idea – while you would need to handle the process and distribution internally, we can help. We can set up notifications, build lists/reporting and strategize based on what your incentive is, and how often it’s distributed.  

Can you train me how to use the platform?  

Yes, we will train all users on how to use the platform. We typically wait until right after you launch, so that there is real-time data to review. We can always help with a refresher as well. And you always have access to our Instructional Guide for a quick reference. 

Emails

Can we design our own emails and landing pages?

Your dedicated designer will do this for you. You will have a chance to review proofs of your emails and landing pages and, like any image.works project, you'll benefit from unlimited proofs at no extra charge.

What should I expect for response rates – clicks, opens? What is industry average?  

As with any email, it will depend on what you are promoting. All our emails are designed to help you gain trackable leads and direct recipients to click through to your website or landing page. Our onboarding programs are consistently above 50% for email open rates and around 7% for click rates. Drip emails, giveaways and quarterly emails have much higher open and click rates. They average about 57% open rates and 17% click rates. As you can see, these are much higher than industry averages which come in at 22.4% for open rates and 3.3% for click rates. 

Can we send our quarterly e-newsletters through the Marketing Automation platform?  

Yes! An e-newsletter costs just $795/quarter and can help with accountholder engagement and trackable lead acquisition. We will design and send your e-newsletter for you, and we'll also give you access to our newsletter article library. The library is home to tons of relevant articles that you can use to educate and inform your accountholders.

Lists / Data

Can you connect with my CRM?

If your CRM does not have an open API, we won’t be able to connect. That being said, there are quite a few CRMs that can connect to the platform. Let us know which one you use, and we can look into it further. 

Can I include prospects in my email list? Can you purchase prospect emails? 

The first question we’re going to ask is where you got those emails from, as we cannot send to purchased prospect emails. However, let’s say you met these prospects at a community event and they signed up to receive communications from you – then we absolutely can send to them! 

Do you take care of unsubscribes?

Yes, anyone who unsubscribes from an email sent from our platform is unsubscribed indefinitely from all emails sent with our Marketing Automation. If you have a list of unsubscribes from a previous email sending platform, upload it to our Secure FTP and we can unsubscribe them from our platform as well. 

Can our lists automatically upload to your FTP?

If your IT department has the capabilities to automate your lists, we can set that up. Email us a name and email for someone in your IT department to contact and we’ll get them connected to our FTP to set up the automation. 

Landing Pages

How do I know if someone completes a form?

We have the ability to set up notifications for each form completion. We can customize who those notifications get sent to. We can also build lists behind the scenes to populate as your accountholders fill out the form.

How many questions should be on my landing page? 

The fewer the better. You definitely want to collect the information that you need, but you don’t want to make it seem too time-consuming or difficult. Make sure to check out samples of our landing pages and speak to your account manager for additional tips and tricks. 

How much does a landing page cost if I do not do direct mail?

Without adding in direct mail, a landing page is $450. Keep in mind that if you do have a direct mail piece, a landing page is FREE! We recommend adding a landing page whenever you can to increase trackable leads, gain consumer insights, cross-sell products and much more. 

Are your landing pages secure?

Yes! Our landing pages are published with an HTTPS prefix, which means that all communications between your browser and the website you are visiting are encrypted using SSL certificates.
